Country View Senior Living Community is located in Walnut Grove, MN. It opened in May of 2005.

We provide living styles to meet the best of standards.
This includes (16) Assisted Living apartments and (12) Independent Living in a variety of floor plans.

We also offer:

• Walnut Grove Senior Dining program is available Monday - Friday. We begin serving meals at 11:30am
• We offer a beauty salon to all of our tenants and the community.
• Exercise room
• Recreation room - Billiards, computer and large screen television
• Garages
• Community Room - For special occasions and meetings
• Indoor mail boxes and drop slot for outgoing mail
• Planned Activities and outings
• Meal plans

The Walnut Grove Clinic is attached to the east side of the building.
